How to choose the right CNC router?
Based on our 20+ years of equipment consulting experience, we recommend answering these two key questions before purchasing:
- What products will I manufacture and from what materials?The material type (wood, MDF, plywood, acrylic, aluminum) determines the required spindle power and tools. For example, aluminum processing requires a more powerful spindle and cooling system.
- What is the planned production volume and required speed?For hobbies and small orders, the A1 series will suffice. For professional production with heavy workloads, we recommend the M1 or M3 series — they are designed for 8-12 hours of daily operation.
